• Cuvaison - On this estate on the Silverado Trail, enjoy a private lunch and wine tasting at Cuvaison, which is famous for its cabernet and merlot.
• Viansa Winery & Italian Marketplace - Founded in 1989 by Vicki and Sam (Vi-an-Sa) Sebastiani, Viansa is a destination winery in the Carneros district at the entrance to the Wine Country. Viansa seeks to be the premier producer of Italian varietals in the United States, such as Sangiovese, Pinot Grigio, Aleatico and Primitivo. You will enjoy a custom food and wine pairing luncheon here. You will also have time to browse through Viansa's Tuscan marketplace, featuring estate-grown olive oil, salsas, marinades and a host of other delectable treats.
• Benziger Family Winery Tour - Benziger’s vineyards by tram-tractor while enjoying breathtaking views from Sonoma Mountain hillsides.
• Markham Vineyards - Sip award-winning wines over luncheon in the 1879 stone cellars.
• St. Supéry - A third-generation French winemaker inspires the style and spirit of St. Supéry wines. Sample four wines, and visit the 1882 Victorian House Museum.
• Domaine Carneros - Sip sparkling wines on the aristocratic terrace of this impressive and picturesque chateau.

DAYS	ITINERARY
Day 1	FRIDAY: SAIL FROM SAN FRANCISCO Prior to boarding the Spirit of Endeavour in San Francisco, you will be escorted to Cruise West’s hospitality suite at the Sheraton Fisherman’s Wharf. Depending on time, from this base you will be able to enjoy the delights of Fisherman’s Wharf until boarding time. You are welcomed on board with a flute of champagne, and a toast as you cruise by the San Francisco skyline. Before dinner meet this week’s on-board Wine Country guest, who will host a presentation and tasting. D
Day 2	SATURDAY: HIGHLIGHTS OF THE NAPA VALLEY Today you are exploring premium properties in the Napa Valley. Near St. Helena, visit St. Supéry for tastings and a tour of the 1882 Victorian House Museum. Lunch is complete with wine and candelabras in the “Caves” of Cuvaison. This afternoon, you will visit Markham Vineyards for a wine tasting in their barrel room, savoring the wonderful aroma of oak and aging red wine. (Note that you may visit today’s wineries in an alternate order.) Upon return to the Spirit of Endeavour, relax before dinner. After dinner enjoy a Captain’s toast, and gather in the lounge for casual entertainment.B,L,D
Day 3	SUNDAY: CARNEROS AND THE SONOMA VALLEY Your second day of exploration encompasses highlights of the Sonoma and Carneros wine districts. Visit Benziger Family Winery on the slopes of Sonoma Mountain, for a tour by tractor-tram of the hillside vineyards. You will also sample fine sparkling wines on the terrace of the stately chateau at Domaine Carneros. Viansa Winery and Italian Marketplace is a destination winery in the Carneros grape-growing region. We have arranged a lunch menu specially designed for Cruise West guests, which highlights creative food and wine pairings. You will also tour Viansa’s grounds and wine-making operations, and browse their bountiful Tuscan marketplace. (Note that you may visit today’s wineries in an alternate order.) After dinner on board this evening, enjoy a wine tasting hosted by the Guest Wine Speaker. B,L,D
Day 4	MONDAY: RETURN TO SAN FRANCISCO Early this morning, you may sail under the Golden Gate Bridge before returning to the San Francisco pier for disembarkation at 9:00 a.m. B
